Nadeem Sarwar

Nadeem Sarwar is CEO of OPD Support Program for 4 years now. He has been on board of Pakistan Microfinance Network for two years. A seasoned communication specialist with his core strength lying in sports pr and strategic communication. With a career spanned over 25 years Sarwar has proved to be a skilled manager with a very strong networking with the media organizations, that make him an asset for any media outlet. Having worked in media, pr and sports industries at senior positions he enjoys a 360-degree experience when it comes to media communication, operations, marketing and amplification.

He has worked across the spectrum of all major sector including government, corporate, media and development. He has networks in all these sectors and knows about the intricacies of working environment of them. A born communicator with an innate ability to disseminate complex messaging with ease and effectiveness. Team building and team leading is his strongest point when it comes to delivery. He believes in leading from the front with complete hands-on role. Project management is another strength he undertaken and completed many from conception to implementation and publicity. He also has the experience of managing and controlling large budgets. He is an ardent follower of national and international politics and political developments. His successful stints at Pakistan Cricket Board and with the President of Pakistan have taken him in to a select league of professionals that have a strategic vision to manage complex and demanding portfolios with excellent proficiency and add value to whatever has been entrusted to him.

Muhammad Sulaman Tariq

Manager Accounts, Finance and Compliance & Company Secretary

Mr. Tariq has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of administration, accounts, finance, taxation, and compliance in Pakistan with national and international organizations. For more than 10 years he worked on managing microcredit/microfinance projects. He has also experience to implement ERP integrated applications include Financial Information System (FIS), Management Information System (MIS), and Human Resource Management System (HRIS). He has a qualified MBA (Finance) from Bahauddin Zakariaya University, Multan in year 2009. He was awarded certification courses from Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS) where the areas of specialization included “Team Building and Human Resource Management”, “Budgeting and Financial Management”, and “Strategic Management”. Further, he was awarded certification from National Institute of Banking and Finance in Executive Development Program for MFBs / MFIs.

He has authored numerous research publications on Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management & Practices, and Brand Management.

Mirza Akbar Baig

Manager Field Operation

Mr. Baig has a master’s degree from Punjab University and has worked for more than 15 years on development projects. For more than 10 years he worked on managing microcredit/microfinance projects. He is a master trainer in Micro Entrepreneurship and attended the TOT workshop at the First Women Bank of Pakistan. He also attended training workshops on Islamic Agri-finance, support group methodologies, gender & development, social mobilization, participatory methods, and monitoring & evaluation.

Shahzad Ashraf

Manager HR and Legal Affairs

Mr. Waraich has awarded llb from the University of Punjab, Lahore in year 2000. He has completed certification from National Institute of Banking and Finance in Executive Development Program for mfbs/mfis where the areas of specialization included Human Resource Management, Financial Management. He is a trained and practicing lawyer with registration from Punjab Bar Council in 2001 and enrolled as member at Lahore High Court Bar Association in the year 2007. He has more than 20 years of working experience and specializes in dealing with civil, criminal, and banking courts as well as litigating cases involving financial matters.

Usman Khalid

Manager IT and Data Reporting

Mr. Khalid has more than 15 years experience in Networking, Trouble shooting, web development and dbms. He was awarded bcs Degree from University of South Asia, Lahore in 2003. He has successfully completed Networking Courses where include areas of specialization msce from Microsoft. He has strengthening the information technologies infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. As he has successfully implemented erp application include Management Information System. Along this, he has developed and maintain the web site of the Company.

Muhammad Nouman

Manager Monitoring and Innovation

Mr. Nouman has more than 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating the microfinance sector. He has awarded m com degree from the University of Gujrat in year 2014. He has completed several trainings from national and international institutions on Monitoring, Anti-Money Laundering and Risk Management. Apart from the team, he has developed and implemented internal control system and reporting mechanism.

Faizan Tariq

Manager Admin and Compliance

Mr. Faizan has more than 6 years of experience in microfinance sector. He has awarded BBA degree from the Riphah International University of Islambad in year 2011. He has completed several trainings from national institutions on Microfinance, Anti-Money Laundering and AML/CFT. He performed administration responsibilities of the company.
